Dear Member of Stonnington Symphony Inc.,
You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Stonnington Symphony Inc. at 7:00pm on Tuesday 3 October 2023 via Microsoft Teams. Please find details of the Teams meeting link on the following page.

Stonnington Symphony abides by the Model Rules of Association under the Incorporated Associations Reform Act 2012. A copy of these rules can be obtained online or from the General Manager.
Membership
Membership fees need to be paid up to 30 June 2024 for members to be eligible to vote at the AGM. Please ensure that you are currently a financial member of the organisation. If in any doubt, contact the General Manager at [email protected] or 0490 019 176. Membership Fees of $20 must be paid via direct deposit to BSB: 633 000 and Account No. 137 030 227. Please ensure that your name and purpose of your payment is included as the reference.
Agenda
The main business of the AGM is to receive reports, elect the Committee of Management for the term of office. Members may notify the Secretary in writing if they wish to introduce any further item/s of special business.
Election
You are encouraged to consider nomination for election to the Committee of Management. Stonnington Symphony needs volunteers who are prepared to take specific responsibilities for tasks that support the running of the orchestra, both in organising musical activities and operating the necessary business affairs. The Rules of Association allow members to nominate for any office or as an Ordinary Committee Member. Please see attached nomination form.
Proxy voting
Proxy voting is available for anyone who cannot attend the AGM. Please see attached Form for Appointment of Proxy.
In regards to submission of forms, there will be no need to submit physical copies of these documents. Please use a digital signature or print, complete and return as a scan or photo to [email protected]
