Symphony in a Day

Have you ever wanted to play as a member of the Stonnington Symphony? Well THIS is your chance! Join Artistic Director Roy Theaker and the Stonnington Symphony for their inaugural Symphony in a Day. Playing alongside professional musicians and members of the Stonnington Symphony, this is fantastic opportunity to both improve your skills in a relaxed and fun environment as well as perform in the magnificent Malvern Town Hall!

Repertoire

DVORAK Symphony No. 9 "The New World"

Rehearsals

Participants will be required for 2 rehearsals on Saturday 6 October at 10:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:00
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided, however, participants are required to bring their own lunch

Participation Fee

Adult - $20 | Primary and High School Students - $10 

Performance

Saturday 6 October | 5:30pm

Tickets

Adult - $10 | Primary and High School Students - FREE

AMEB Grade 

An AMEB Grade 6 or equivalent is desirable

Applications close at 5pm on Wednesday 26 September

Offers

Offers will be sent by 5pm on Friday 28 September

Participation Fee

The participation fee must be paid by 5pm on Wednesday 3 October
Practice parts will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.
